2Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a store credit or an item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. * It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit will be automatically sent to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@superbeachy.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All of our apparel and accessories are printed and shipped from our facility in the USA.
Super Beachy offers a variety of super cool products. From t-shirts to tank tops and hoodies to mugs, you will not have anything to worry about when you wear our products. Made from the highest quality material you will look here first for fun t-shirts when heading to the beach.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
Embroidered hats can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it's needed. If necessary, hats can be hand-washed cold. Don't use brushes.
Hats can't be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, and dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Our Enamel Mugs should only be hand-washed. Also, you can't heat liquids or food directly in the Enamel Mugs—it can damage their coating.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. The majority of orders in the US will have a shipping cost of around $4.95. We offer free shipping over $75+.
Our products are all custom made to order, which means we do not keep inventory on hand. It takes 48 hours or less for your order to print before leaving our production facility. In total, you should receive your products within 12 days.
You will get an email once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive one please contact us.
To cancel an order or make a change to your order, you must let us know within 10 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order. All orders go through our fully automated system. Contact us.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to offer you an exchange. If you ordered an incorrect size, please reach out to us within 14 days for an exchange.
The original item must be returned in new/unworn/unused condition and/or photos provided of damage if requested by seller. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for a size exchange.
